Wednesday Evening Vespers

is a short, reflective, prayer service at 6:30pm every Wednesday Night.

Worshipping in the sanctuary, we often welcome guests to the pulpit. A committee of interested Wednesday Night worshippers meets to plan out worship services, and compile lists and schedules of Worship Leaders.

The services usually last 20 - 30 minutes and include music, prayer, and a short message.

Often, Wednesday Night Vespers offers special worship elements and topics, not covered in our other services.

Lenten Vesper Services

Beginning with Ash Wednesday, the church participates in Lent by conducting special Wednesday Services.

February 22nd, 2012

Ash Wednesday is a full, 1 hour service with choir, similar to Sunday Morning worship. During the service, believers are welcomed to come forward and receive ashes as a sign of Jesus' compassion for us. We wear these ashes to remember His sacrifice, and His love for us.

February 29th - April 4th, 2012

Regular Vesper Services continue after Ash Wednesday. Topics are as follows:

2/29 - "Hallowed Be The Name."

3/7 - "Thy Kingdom Come."

3/14 - "Thy Will Be Done, On Earth As It Is In Heaven."

3/21 - "Give Us This Day Or Daily Bread."

3/28 - "And Forgive Us Our Debts, As We Forgive Our Debtors."

4/4 - "And Lead Us Not Into Temptation, But Deliver Us From Evil."

The Lenten Time ends with Easter, as Jesus arose from the dead...
