K-LOVE is a national christian radio station, with stations throughout the country, broadcasting the same content at the same time.

Dunn's Corners operates as an Ambassador to the community for K-LOVE and also hosts FCC required EAS equipment.

The Ambassador Program appoints individuals to spread the word of God for K-LOVE, giving people information about K-LOVE's resources and how K-LOVE is not a physical church (which may be uncomfortable for some to go to) but a spiritual church of christians connected by this network, online and over the airwaves.

The Federal Communications Commission requires every radio station to be a part of the Emergency Alert System. This requires a local ability to interrupt K-LOVE's national signal with local content regarding a localized disaster. Dunn's Corners was selected because of our strong mission ties to the community. We have a team of members trained in using the self-contained devise, stored on location at the church. WKIV 88.1 has the potential to reach a hundred thousand listeners and its usefulness in an emergency situation could be extremely helpful.
